This Privacy Policy has been created to demonstrate our commitment to privacy and provide you with (i) the types of information that Inspedium collects and (ii) what Inspedium does with the information we collect.

Inspedium Corp. (SMC Pvt) Ltd. is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of all of our customers and visitors. Establishing confidence that their personal information will not be disseminated has always been a high priority. We desire that every Internet user enjoys the multitude of possibilities that the Internet and Inspedium can provide without concern.

Types of Information Collected

Inspedium collects personal information such as name, address, telephone number, and billing information from consumers who access various Inspedium services (“Services”). Inspedium’s general practice is not to sell, rent or lease collected information to third parties. However, this information may be shared in the rare instances provided below, where disclosure is required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, or where the consumer has previously provided Inspedium with consent to do so.

Inspedium may also collect certain information about your computer hardware and software. This information may include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. Inspedium may use this information in connection with the operation and maintenance of its service. As with personal information, this information is generally not disclosed to third parties but may, however, be shared in the rare instances provided below, where disclosure is required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, or where the consumer has previously provided Inspedium with consent to do so.

Consumers signing up for or inquiring about one of Inspedium’s many Services are asked to provide personal information, including name, address, telephone number, and billing information (such as a credit card number). The personal data collected during the registration process manages each consumer’s account, such as for billing purposes. This information is not shared with third parties unless expressly stated otherwise or in response to the circumstances listed above.

Security Measures

Inspedium uses various security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access and those in controlled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit card number) over the Internet, we protect it through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the data you input.

Filtered Internet Services

Customers subscribing to the optional Inspedium Spam Detection service agree to an automated scan and removal of all incoming email messages for the attributes commonly associated with unsolicited commercial bulk messages. Inspedium may examine suspected spam sent to customers to improve filtering efficiency from time to time. Inspedium makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of spam filtering. However, it cannot be guaranteed.

Inspedium does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.
